Yes, Kelly's info is correct, I just used it this morning after getting it from my rep. Customer number is important.

Is a person's customer number the same as the serial number of one's Red One? (I have only one Red One).

Is there still a limit to how much of the balance can be put on credit card? - Could use the miles... (I'm waiting for a return call/email from my Bomb Squad rep as well)

Your customer number is on any invoice from Red.It's not the same as your serial number. It starts with CU then numbers. Don't know about the creditcard.
