  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

on my RED Cradle to hold the REDDRIVE instead of those stupid little screws that always get misplaced. The 12mm won't fit its too large.

Does anyone know where or who sells anything similar to these that will fit the cradle? Is there any alternative that anyone know's about out there that I could potentially replace the missing screws with? I truly dislike the cradle but I'm stuck with it for now and need some kind of solution.

We do not have them listed in our online store, but you can purchase a 4 pack of the Cradle thumbscrews by contacting your Bomb Squad rep.
 
We only offer the Cradle Thumbscrews at this time.
 
I have lost several of the thumb screws that came with my RED hard drive cradle. I haven't found any wingnuts, but I have found the exact screw RED charges $5 each for for $1.53 each (if you order 10 or more, and the way I loose them I want 10 or more) from Morton Machine (361203012 M3 X 12MM steel thumb screw). http://mortonmachine.thomasnet.com/...012?&seo=110&bc=100|1005|1035|3001193|3001187.

I love my RED and wouldn't trade it for anything, but I don't like paying $5 for a simple screw.
