Will this hold a RED ONE

I know it might be pushing the limit, but would this Ginirig K-7 hold a RED one? It says for Scarlet/Epic, but would the weight be too much for it if a RED one was on it?

Probably would work, but might be a bit overmatched. R1MX, even in a super-minimal configuration is going to be about 12-15 lbs. (body alone is 10 lbs.) once you add lens, power, EVF or LCD, cables, rods, etc.

Ok thanks, what would be your best recommendation for something in the 4-6 hundred dollar range? If I really had to stretch my budget I could maybe do 900.
