In a camera like scarlet which will have high res and latitude and RAW recording. Is their such artifacts to worry about that are found in some other 2/3 cameras?

All the scarlets are slated to use at least Redcode42, which should/will have a higher data rate than a R1 (which has rc28 & rc36), so don't worry about the nasty macroblocks etc you get with mpeg based codecs.
Redcode isn't perfect, but it is pretty good. And don't forget you can downsample it to 2k if you're worried.
I don't think the higher bit depth of the monstro chip will be a problem for a wavelet codec either.

i cant wait for some sample footage in different situations especially in low light.
I think also that this would really be a good teaser.

Could you be more specific about what 'artifacts' 2/3rds inch cameras suffer from?

The artifacts of a Viper or F23 are going to be quite different from the artifacts of an HPX.
