With the RedOne, some manufacturer bring top handle that permit to screw easily a "L Plate", with velcro, where we can put accessories (Modulus, Wireless receiver, Redbyte, etc.)

Just want to make sure that Red will not forget to bring a top handle for the L Plate on the Epic, with a lot of hole to screw things!

Assuming this L Plate attaches via a 1/4 20 connector of some time, I think there will be plenty of opportunity:

Epic got to be ergonomic... since all the digital camera perform very well right now in low light and high light protection, the only thing left to beat other company is to make your 1st AC happy with the camera and his accessories, he is the best salesman on the battle field.

The top handle of Red IS not the preference of camera assistant.

As i've wrote, i just want to make sure...

Hey Etienne -

In the past I've used one of Element Technica's "Speedy Clamps" for 19mm rods, and had cut a smallish 3"X5" aluminum plate that I screwed onto the clamp. You can cover that aluminum plate with velcro tape, and it makes a perfect spot to attach downconverters, Lockit boxes, wireless receivers etc.

Normally I just let it ride along the left side, or top of the camera away from the external ports on the right side. Keeps your top handle free from gack, and makes a very handy adjustable landing place for all those goodies.
Easy on, easy off.

Just a thingy that works for me....

ive' found solution for the RedOne, thanks. I want the Epic unbeatable from a AC point of view... they are the people, after the DP, who could influence the most the choice of a camera.
