Will a RED 16G CF card work in a Nikon?

I know there are a number of Nikon shooters here. Can anyone tell me if a 16G CF card will work in a Nikon (specifically a D3s)? And do they work well? Since the speed of the cards can cause heat problems with some readers, I don't want to f$%k up the camera trying to find out. But as the SSDs replace CFs in my R1, it might be nice to migrate the cards to other uses.

BTW. I can testify that the RED 8G cards work excellently well in a Nikon.

I haven't tried the 16 gig cards (like you the 8 gig) -- but can't imagine why there would be any issues.

We have tested our RED cards with our Canon 5dMkII's and, like you, the 8gb works fine. But when we tested our 16gb's the camera would not recognize the card, but I can't definitively say for the Nikon side of things...

8GB Red cards work fine with my Nikon D700, but not the 16GB cards. They don´t work at all with D700.

I believe the 8GB cards are lexar rebadged but the 16GB are red's own secret sauce and will not work in dslr's, tried in 5d and 7d with no love to be had.
