Hi all. . .
In looking for an on-site monitoring solution, I keep seeing the JVC monitor come up. But, for the life of me, I can't imagine why. Yes, it has native HD-SDI, but it also has a very poor contrast ratio, a very high price, and a very low resolution (only 900 lines). It seems to me that almost all of us would be better off running a 35' cable via HDMI into a nice Sony or something and saving at least 50% in the bargain. What am I missing?
