I am not a professional and I do not shoot video for business / profit. However, I am an enthusiast, love cutting-edge technology, and am willing to spend 3 grand on a video camera that I will use for taking home videos, if it's the right product.
Basically, I read about the Scarlet in a magazine article and have been enthralled for months, just by virtue of the resolution and frame rate, mostly resolution.
As much as I like 'upgradability', I am on a limited budget since unlike most users here, this camera will never pay for itself. Is the 2/3" fixed scarlet the right product for me, or should I be looking to spend my money elsewhere?
Thanks for your opinions,
Michael
