I have dell u2713h as the working monitor and ASUS VG278h(3d vision 2) as the stereo3d monitor, I have setuped everything OK and I can play stereo clips very good except I can not choose "Full Frame" when I setup the "Full screen Playback", and I have chosed the VG278H as the display monitor. Also I can view side by side in full screen, which unlike many TV, are not supported by the monitor, it just display side by side. Red-Cyan or other mode all available except the most important "Full Frame", what's wrong? My display card is a quadro600 with two monitors plus a GTX690 as GPU only.

I also tried many setup option in the Nvidia control panel, now I really feel desperated, sould I just buy a red-cyan glasses and use my 3d monitor as a 2D monitor?

BTW, I feel avid plays R3D smoother on my computer than premiere, 48FPS, 5KFF, 5:1, S3D(two stream), my DIY raid is 2GB/S.

Problem half solved. I linked the monitor and GTX690 display card with a mini displayPort->HDMI cable, and VG278h can enable Side by side S3D when using HDMI input, yet I still lost half resolution and my monitor can only use 60Hz(half of 120Hz) now. Also there comes out some compatible problems on GPU acceleration settings on Nvidia control panel, but anyway avid runs good on S3D now.
