Why is my camera shooting 25fps and the Hyperdeck Shuffle 2 is recording 24fps??

Am I doing something wrong? Just tried my Shuttle 2 and for some reason even though I have the camera set at 25fps, it is only recording 24fps in ProRes. Can anyone advise on this?

I have not used this myself, but in Timur's write up, it reads as if you have to set up the Shuttle with your intended settings first (ie it doesn't get from the camera - nor is there any 'on unit' buttons to alter settings).

I presume you stick into a laptop and set it up?

I don't have one, but I understand that you attach the Hyperdeck to your computer via USB and set it up there.

I have tried to set it up with the Hyperlink Shuttle software, but the choices you have only relate to codec. So I have chosen ProRes 422. I thought the Shuttle is meant to detect what your camera frame rate is via de SDI link, the same way it detects when you press record.

Could it be the SDI out settings of the camera that for some reason are set up differently from the recording frame rate? Again, this seems strange as I can't find any way to control this with the latest firmware upgrade....

With previous firmware, we could go into the secondary menu, go to Monitor Control and onto HD-SDI. Then we would have three choices: MOde, resolution and frequency. Unless I am totally blind, I can't find a way to control these. I just don't understand...
