Why does Red hate Wooden_Camera?

Why? What did they ever do? Steal business? Make better products than Red? Viewfactor isn't blocked. Arri isn't blocked. Sony isn't blocked. It makes no sense. It just seems extremely immature on Red's part.

Not immature at all. Other accessory makers, like ViewFactor and ET/3ALITY (now RED Technica anyway) license IP where required. Seems there was an IP / patent infringement issue or two along with some trademark abuse. RED has somewhat shut them out, but at the same time has taken the high road and didn't completely stomp them out of existence.

Right. But that's all history now. They make good accessories, so does Red.

The lawsuit was dismissed and in a way that makes it seem that no one did anything against the other. So it's done but obviously there's no friendship here. RED controls this forum and chooses not to have the other company present. The end.
