Why Cant I Post in the Classifieds as a New user?

I've been trying to post items for sale in the Classifieds on this site and it says I don't have permission. Is there something I have to do to be able to post?

nevermind... i just saw the 60 day probation period...... answered my own question

its basically a safety thing, also the more active you are here the more likely people will buy from you or sell to you. some people get skittish about users with low post counts so in general if your more active here it may make the sale a bit easier...though escrow or ebay links work too and provide relative safety for buyers/sellers

If you don't contribute to the forums in a meaningful way and you just use the marketplace section to continuously dump your wares, then you'll probably get banned. Just a fair warning.
