  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

WHO TOOK DRAGON UPGRADE????

Epic-X #02773. Dragon upgrade order placed July 17, 2013. Nothing yet but looks like it will be coming soon.

Can anyone else confirm how fast the process is? I am just trying to figure out how much time is needed between jobs realistically to complete the process and if everyone is getting times like this that would be very helpful information. Thank you

I wish more people would post how long the turn around time is...simply for a larger pool statistically. Two weeks is probably a good guess, but just for curiosity sake if anyone else wants to share their turn around time its highly appreciated by those of us on the fence trying to figure out when to do this... simply logistics is all
 
Received my email on week ago. I had to make the funds available. Called my rep and paid last Thursday, the RMA email came about 24 hours later on Friday. I sent my camera to RED on Saturday it will arrive at 3PM at RED on Monday. I'll see tomorrow if there's a time of delivery and I'll update.
 
Took nine calendar days from shipping of Epic-M 942 to return of Dragon 942 on May 14. Not bad at all. And I love my Dragon.

I received my notification on 5/14. Going to ship off the camera on Monday. :)

Just a quick question. Do updated dragon bodies come with version 2 front fan? Or do they keep the original in the body.

I'm asking because I think my fan is aging and I'm debating to buy one now or wait the dragon update.
