WHO TOOK DRAGON UPGRADE????

[Harcharan Singh]

True, but I believe Ms are moving up to the front of the line, even if an X upgrade was placed first. I ordered an upgrade to both an M and an X camera at the same time but I expect my M camera will be called first, I don't think I will be able to upgrade both at the same time.

If you are an early RED ONE adopter and upgraded to EPIC then I think you will be in...apart from your EPIC M upgrade

Thanks

Harcharan

[Asif Limbada]

Asif, what time ( Los Angeles Time) did you place order? Serial Number?
Thanks in advance for the info

April 8th, 10:58am (EST) - #0964

Hope this helps. I placed an upgrade order for my #5432 EPIC-X in the same order as well but no mail for it yet.

Richard, how long did it take you to get a response back from RED?

I responded to my email that I was ready to upgrade on Jan 1 (a holiday... I know) and have yet to be contacted by my bomb squad rep with instructions for how to proceed, as stated in the email. I've even reached out to my bomb squad rep via email with no joy.

Have you (or anyone) had a a similar experience?

[Keegan@Netflix]

Elsie,

We are still playing some catch up from the holidays, I will make sure a rep gets back to you first thing Monday.

[Jeffrey Loewe]

I took the upgrade, not sure if I posted in here yet or not. Pretty sure I did it a day or two after the upgrade was put up in the store.

Email received for two cameras 1- Epic M and 1-Epic X, was surprised and pleased to see they are doing my Epic X at the same time as my M camera.

[Chad Lancaster]

my # is so close yet so far away..

[Paul Russell]

I hope you get the email soon, Chad. Because I'm only a few behind you in that queue.

[Sebastian Moretto]

Mail received for both my EPIC-M and my EPIC-X. Exciting!

[Nathaniel Kramer]

Sebastian, can you tell us what time of day ( Los Angeles Time) you placed your order?

[Nathaniel Kramer]

I hope I hear something soon. My order was 13:23 Los Angeles

[Sebastian Moretto]

Time stamp is 11.06am. I'm number 30 on the list on page one. Early adopter, too, which obviously has some significance as well.

[Nathaniel Kramer]

Thanks ! There may actually be some light at then end of my Dragon tunnel

Pretty accurate list here, I'm #31 and #32 on the list and my email was today as well.
