Who makes 19mm Studio rail components?

Who makes 19mm studio rail components? Noob question, I know.

I'm not talking matte boxes & follow focuses, but things like handles, rail blocks, support arms, shoulder pads, clamps, etc. Who's the Redrock / Zacuto of the 19mm world?

So far other than the few pieces (ie Zandy, Minimount, Q-mount) that Zacuto makes in 19mm, all I've found is the Monster Cine Hydra Clamp, many camera-specific plates and mounts, and about 859028590328590289504328950382532543252.5 battery plates.

I can't believe there aren't 19mm universal rail components along the lines of the Zacuto links above or this stuff:
