I'm in the process of sorting through some hardware we just picked up and I came across an unmarked accessory I've not seen before.

Looks like it mounts a RED Quickplate to the RED Top Mount (See images)

Figured I would try to identify it and see if there is another one floating around for our second camera before I send it over to my machinist to make another one from scratch.

Thanks!

Here is all the story but Hunter made only few of them several years ago...

Let me say again what this price includes just in case you haven't had a chance to look at the thread:

1.Redesigned mount with the ability to use with the Red Top mount or ET 15mm top mount (If you want to run top rails, this battery mount will not get in your way, but instead overlap your rear top mount should you choose to have that configuration).

2. "Universal" battery mounting perforations for accepting both A/B and Red V-mount battery plates.

3. Hardware kit (for attaching battery plate & 2 extra long bolts for using the battery mount in conjunction with a top rail set-up using the top mount)

4. One year warranty. (This mount is strong enough that It shouldn't ever fail under normal use. But if it should fail, you will be sent a new mount free of charge).

5. A high-five and a thank you for supporting the little guy.

The first production unit will start being made tomorrow and a "real" photo will be taken of it to show once finished.

If you are already certain that this is a solution you want and the price works for you, send me a confirmation and you will be issued a serial number (sounds familiar doesn't it?) No down payment is required but as soon as the second production unit his the floor, the reservations held will receive an invoice and as soon as payment is received, the units will start shipping.

Thanks again for your support and thanks for making me a small part of your camera,

Sincerely,

-Hunter Richards
