Who made Olympic commercial with dragon and swimming pool?

[jpp]

Anyone know who made the Olympic commercial featuring two young Chinese village girls running up a mountainside to a dragon's lair, to get him to heat up the swimming pool with a blast of fire? Don't know the sponsor either. An oil company, no doubt.
