  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Who is your favorite Reduser Cinematographer?

Better yet . . .

A first annual RED User Film Festival whereby any RU can submit their last year's reel to a Vimeo site (via an assigned gatekeeper) and we all can vote on a specific date or week. RED Sponsored and prize swag pays down to 5th place with like a dozen finalist. Gotta have the Olive branch logo to make it look legit

All footage has to be shot on RED and the submission has to be done by the DP

My favorite Reduser cinematographers are the ones like David Mullen, Tom Lowe, Phil Holland, Gunlik, and a host of others who are passionate about the craft of imaging and who openly share their knowledge, experience and visions with the rest us. I have learned alot from these guys and deeply appreciate their offerings.

Like Vance, I think that the ones who generously share their time and knowledge in this community deserve special mention, so David, Tom, Phil and Gunlick, yes, but also Nick Morrison for his sterling work in the 'everything you need to know about Contax' thread.

Let's keep this thread alive.
we owe it to those great craftsmen and women.
