I have a Red monitor, non-touch, that after the update is giving me a white screen.
I hooked up my hdmi monitor and it's working fine. Does anyone have any suggestion

Unplug and replug the LCD cable. It's a known issue with the latest firmware.

I tried unplugging and plugging it back in. This did not resolve the problem.
Any other suggestions.

Try reinstalling the firmware. I had this issue constantly and reinstalled and thought it fixed it but it's just intermittent now.

Well, unplugging/replugging works for the touchscreen and the other workaround which sometimes (but often not) works for me is rebooting the camera. Thats all we can do until a new beta arrives, well downgrading to 3.0.7 is another option.

Re-Installing and downgrading+force-upgrading didn't change anything here... Sometimes i get a whitescreen, sometimes half-white and sometimes it boots correctly.. :)

I'll try re-installing to see if that resolves the issue. I'll also try re-booting several times to see what happens. I just want to have the system running more stable. I'm shooting my first short film coming up and I'm trying my best to get this bad boy running right.

It is happened to me and I sent my monitor for a repair and they charged me 670 to repair it and now that I have my monitor back I have other issues of banding and two strange lines which make a weird light effect....they are saying that the red monitor was not made for epic or scarlet and unfortunately I have to accept the monitor how is...I paid to have unusable monitor on production...I asked for money back but they are saying that they will come up with un update....now I have to wait hoping that they will do an update...even though I paid $700!!! The funny thing is that red.com had that monitor for sale for all 3 cameras and now after they figure out that may has some issues they removed from the website....but client like me has to accept to have broken monitor.....this is unreal and acceptable!!!
I am very sad I am asking for a refund.
I asked the Rma team about having the monitor for sale for all 3 cameras and I didn't received an answer.

Re-installing the firmware won't have any effect. Like others have stated this is a known issue in 3.2.13 and we are working on a fix for this problem.

If you are starting a shoot, you may want to consider using the Release build rather than the Beta build.

The problem seems to continue on in 3.2.16 on our Epic. sometimes white screen. Sometimes half white. Sometimes normal.

Reinstalling the firmware doesn't help for anyon? Any other advice?

I had this issue then performed a black shading and the problem seem to go away.

If this doesn't work try unplugging the lemo for the LCD then plugging back in ...............or after power up & you have the half white screen allow about 15 secs then toggle the C & D buttons on the side handle.
