Which Zoom Lens ??

Hi,
I am getting delivery of my Red this month end.I have already stuck a deal for Zeiss T2.1 lens set of 16,24,32,50,85mm.I have the following querries:-

1. Is there any kind of 'potholing' reported in 16mm or 24mm lens when shooting in 4K.

2. Which zoom lens is suggested for the setup?Will Red lenses cut away properly with Zeiss or I can look at old workhorse Cooke 25-250mm zoom?

Hi,

Slight portholing may be visible on the 16, 24 & 32. It will disappear between T2.8 & T4. Many people do not notice the issue however if you shoot on a white background or green screen you or your compositor will.

The old Cook workhorse 20-100 or 25-250 will cut fine for resolution, however the Cooke's are warmer. Not a problem with color correction.
