Hi,
Which rods and adapters are required for putting up a Cooke 25-250 lens on Red One? If someone can post pics it will be really helpful.
thks

I have Element Technica´s aluminum rods. Great product. The 18" rods are just long enough to place a matte box in front of the 25-250... in the tip of the rods. The 24" rods would be better. And I bought an Arri LS-9 lens support that goes perfect with my lens. The older Arri ls-7 works too (it´s almost identical)

Be careful with the ET rods when you start supporting stuff 18" and farther out. They can really flex, especially the 15mm rods. For 15mm rods supporting anything 18" or more out from the camera body, I would seriously recommend steel rods.

Sure... I´ve got all the gear in 19mm. I´d say it´s fine for lenses like Cooke Varotal 25-250 and 20-100 plus a mattebox, haven´t seen the Red 18-85 but I guess it´s similar... although the ET web page states thet the 24" rods "are not recommended for the Optimo 24-190 zoom lens"...
