I just bought a fiilex p360 and need to figure out a way to power it by DC. Are there any recommendations? and what's a good way to stick the battery to a stand?

Have you considered using a lithium polymer (LiPo) battery like they use for multi-rotors and other remote control equipment/machines/toys? Over the past year and a half i've come to adapt LiPos for much of my gear as well as other colleague's gear. They're very lightweight, able to discharge at enormous rates if needed, can charge extremely quickly as well, and very inexpensive compared to cine/video power sources. And in a pinch, it can jump start your car. They come in various voltages and power capacities, all readily available, the most common voltages being 11.1-12.6, 14.8-16.8, and 22.2-25.2, all very in tune with the DC voltages much of our gear works on.

I've adapted them to power a multitude of our gear: cameras, lights, monitors, audio carts, etc. This battery: http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=18210 is cheap, weighs 2.3ish lbs and can power your light at FULL power (90w) for 2 hours at 22-25 volts. Then with the right charger you can fully recharge that battery in under 11 minutes and with a cheap charger you can fully recharge that battery in about 35 minutes. That battery for about $110 contains approximately 177wh of power, to buy a AB or Vmount with the same amount of power would cost us at least $500 and take 2 or 3 hours to charge, even then you probably wouldn't want to draw too heavily on it as to damage the LiON battery.
