which overhead rags... master list?

I was wondering if there is an in-depth list somewhere of what each overhead fabric does and the slight differences (thats what I am really after). I know of all the fabrics and their purposes buy want to explore the slight differences in the diffusion materials. There seems to be many. I have full white poly silk and have had 1/4 white silk, but am curious about the silent grid cloth series. How does full silent grid cloth compare to full poly white? Anything else you have learned from your experience is appreciated for picking a fabric. I really would like to know the atheistic feel and look of each not mathmatical light transmitted technical data. thanks

So, if Im getting an 8x8ft or 12x12ft butterfly frame, a Full Silent Grid would be a good option then for diffusing sunlight?
