Where to shoot a music video in LA

[John Paul]

Hey I'm signing to do a music video for a band in LA, im from Louisiana and have never worked in LA before, so I was wondering how the whole thing goes. If i wanted to shoot on a beach for instance, what kind of permits would i need etc. I'll go ahead and provide a simple list of locations i would be interested in....

1. Beach
2. "Indie" night club (for the performance section of the video)
3. public pool
4. Alley, (lots of graffiti preferred)

thanks!

p.s. when will scarlet come out already, i NEED it! haha. can't wait.

I would recommend hiring a familiar Production Manager.
