Where to get a GENLOCK "only" single cable for Epic sync port? DSMC1

Hi, I'm looking around for a genlock only cable for use with the Epic DSMC1 sync port.
This would ideally connect the sync port to an RCA jack (i'll accept BNC if no alternatives) for Genlock signaling.

I'm aware red has a flying leads cable and a 3 cable out; however,
I'm hoping to reduce cable spaghetti or having to make one myself.
