  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

[WTB] where to find this?

I'm pretty sure that's made by angenieux, if you're looking for the (I think it's 3/8 or 1/4 in, made of brass or steel) the weird screws that adjust the height of it, a few jobs ago our rental co didn't include them in our case, and we improvised with a similar adapter, and stacked them to adjust the height, (assuming you have the strange 'Y' yolk thing)

the M to F is a lot easier to find than the F to F.

however as Shapour said above there's the ebay route too, it's hit or miss,

the gini rigs are built to a similar build of zacuto ( I saw this one a few years back, the quality may have changed)

on any of the cheap chinese ones, i'd buy one or two extra threaded screws as the screws strip super easy...

If it's your lens, I'd go with Jeff's adapters... my two cents. I would only go the cheap route if you're on set and trying to improv a ghetto rig on your own buck. :)

i do have duclos lens support.
what i am looking for is those 2 black rings that fill the space between universal mount and the lens support.
