When to power down.

What can be done without powering down: RedMag Swap? LCD/EVF Swap. Changing nearly dead battery?

I'm sure it is OK to expose the sensor to exterior raw light when changing lenses. Any precautions here?

the only time that I power down is when I'm changing a battery. Everything else has never been an issue. I'd worry more about dust than light when changing lenses. Just use the port cap in between lens changes or keep your hand over the port if you have someone handing you a lens.

If you want to swap RedMags with the camera on, you must first eject the media. An easy way to do this is to press the 1 and 2 USER buttons at the same time, located at the front of the side SSD module.

Lens swap, lcd or evf swap unless stated in the firmware updates, sometime you can other time.
