  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

When i upgrade Redmote new 2.0.9 firmware in half way ,the Redmote just freeze !!!

I am in the same boat. How long have you let it wait? It's been sitting in the middle for almost an hour now... Can anyone please help? I don't want to unplug it.
 
Reread the instructions very carefully, I think you have selected the wrong file...... The Redmote will be fine if you unplug & try again!
 
I am not able to get the Update Utility to see the Redmote on our PC... tried everything I can think of. BTW, what is the "Total Cameras Found" screen? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Are you updating with Mac or Windows? I had the same problem with my Mac. I got so frustrated that it wasn't working so I tried it on a windows laptop and it worked immediately.
