At one point RED were not giving out serial numbers with reservations anymore. I think since 'reservations' officially closed, and all new orders are now simply 'orders'.
This may have changed now (I think some if not all new orders have been assigned serial's), your best bet is to email RED directly.

Send an email to orders@red.com with the particulars of your purchase, date/time, name, any order number, etc., and they'll send you your serial number.
