If I was in your shoes, and wished to take sound quite seriously, I'd probably go and get:
Zoom F4
Orca 28 bag (or the Orca 30)
Zoom EXH-6
Zoom BCF-8 Battery Case
SRb + 2x LMa (maaaaybe stretch to SRc + 2x LT, especially if you can see them for sale secondhand)
1x Sony UWP-D11 (because two wireless is not enough, you'll often enough need a 3rd. This can also serve dual purpose as a low budget IFB for the director/scripty if the extra talent wireless is not needed. It wouldn't even be a bad idea to get 2x UWP-D11, rather than just one)
1x RodeLink Newshooter Kit (for a cheap XLR transmitter, for gigs with a reporter, or using a plant mic, and even can in extreme scenarios be used as a 4th talent lav in a pinch)
5x OST Lav 801 (not all in the same color, get a mix. Three terminated for Lectro, 1 terminated for Sony, and 1 terminated for RodeLink)
1x OST Lav TL40 (sometimes smaller size is good)
40x Eneloop AA
3x NPF570 (for the SRb)
