What will I need that I don't have for the scarlet?

After I buy the Red Scarlet with the fixed zoom, Will I need to buy special hardware to load the footage unto my computer? I have a MacPro labtop with a 2.33 GHz intel Core 2 Duo Processor and 2 GB of Ram.

Will I just be able to log and capture onto FCP or something?

I can't handle waiting anymore for this camera anymore. I want it so bad I can taste it.
