What kind of key lights are these?

Full disclosure,this has nothing to do with RED. Just trying to get an opinion on what you guys think about this lighting in this '60 minutes' interview. I studied it for about 5 minutes and came to the conclusion that the two black boxes that are keying them must be foam core boxes with something like a JoLeko shooting into them. There is no power coming from them and if you look at the rig,it cant hold a lot of weight so it cant be an actual lighting unit. If you look next to video village,you can see 2 lights shooting up on both sides which must be the lights hitting the boxes. Hard to tell because they are blocked by the big boxes. Just curious is all. If your bored and have 2 minutes,would love to hear some opinions.

LiteMattes for sure. You can tell by the mounts and the lack of heavy rigging. Compare those arms to the boom arm holding the source on the far left...
