Hi Nano,

Which mount is better really depends on your needs. The 4-leg mount is going to be much more versatile. The fact that it is composed of standard 5/8" grip hardware allows you to strip it down to a 3-leg mount, if you want, or to expand it in the future with 40" grip arms, and more rods, so it can really accommodate any situation.
