What is certification LVD e ROHS? Sold Red to EU resident

Hey Fam!

Sold my Red Dragon on eBay, and shipped it to Portugal and the customs is holding our package hostage unless we provide a certification LVD e ROHS

I'm so confused, has anyone dealt with this? I googled it and it would cost thousands of dollars to have a laboratory test the gear, it makes no sense to me that an International company that sells cameras to the world would have to go through this at customs... please help.

Hi Zion,

I'm afraid I'm not a big help, but I would ask RED directly to get these certificates. Low Voltage Directive could be a part of the CE certification process (?),
and the paper for RoHS compliance...I mean, every manufacturer has these documents...let's just hope RED is willing to share these for free. (shoudn't be a problem, in my opinion)
