  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

What is a good Wireless HDMI Transmitter

My paralinx arrow was in a custom module from action products for nearly years. HDMI all the way.
It works like a charm, until you need to plug/unplug on a daily basis. The connector is not made for that.

The SDI locking mechanism is actually not for safety, it's for a good contact between the pin.
The good thing about SDI is if you happen to walk on the cable, the camera's connector won't break, or you won't drop the camera, but the cable itself just plug out, broken.
If it happen with an HDMI plug, you're fucked. camera's connectors and cable itslef will be bent.

HDMI is also not repairable on set (not repairable at all btw), while SDI is. Signal is the same.

Out of interest I'm trying to work out which system this is the Chinese OEM version of. Any ideas?
