What happens if I cancel my red One order?

Hi guys, this is my first post. Been wanting to shoot Red for some time now, but as a film student money is tight. I recently purchased a Red One over the weekend and a few extras for about $6400. And then personal things came up that are going to cost money, so I'm not sure if I can keep the order or not. I really want to, but will have to see.

So if I do cancel, what are Red's policies? I couldn't find it in the T&Cs, and living in Audtralia I can't seem to connect by phone.


I haven't been billed for a deposit yet on my CC, would I lose 10% or get the full money back if I do cancel?

Getting deposits back from Red typically isn't an issue. But email your Bomb Squad rep.
