  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

What "Easy setup" for FCP when using BigT's piss easy workflow?

Apologies if this question is answered somewhere, but after searching I couldn't find it...

Fired up our RED's today for the first time (!!) and implemented Mark Toia's workflow (as described in FxPhd; RedCentre podcast episode 16; and www.reduser.net/forum/showthread.php?p=291759).

What should I set FCP's "easy setup" to, for my project/sequence setting?

close all sequences, then in Log & Capture mode; import from the QT proxies of the R3D files.

this should give you a seq in the native format of the material.
