What does it take to run a successful commercial video production company? Any advice

I'm getting into more of the commercial side of things after doing mostly narrative work. Any general advice or tips from seasoned pros on here? Many of us aspire to be like some of you guys on here. Can you kick us some crumbs of advice? :redface:

Currently I'm in the process of picking which lines of business I will be in and redesigning my website. :huh:
