What Cloud Service Provider do you use to backup your Red Footage?

Hi am exploring different cloud service provider that would allow me to backup my .R3D Footage. What is the best one in the market and what is the average hosting price for 1 terabyte worth of data? What extra service does this cloud provider offer?

Backblaze is outstanding. I have multiple raid arrays connected to my main workstation and have a quick connection and I have no issue backing up an entire shoot overnight. You need to keep the footage on a local drive connected to your machine that is being backed up, which of course is a good idea anyway.

Blackblaze seems promising. I wonder if they provide playback for R3D file online? For example, if I upload my file into Balckblaze, would I be able to playback the file and see the content of the video online? or will I only see the name of the file, then downlad it before I can play the content?

As I mentioned, if you are using Backblaze, that means you will have the files also backed up locally (which you 100% SHOULD) so you can easily just play them back off of local storage. DO. NOT. USE. online backup services as your only source of backup.
