If you had to do a lot of hiking, travel, and money wasnt an issue, what pack would you buy for your red and accesories.

I know there are a lot of threads about it, but none in 2019. Please attach pictures if possible for everyone to check them in here.

The two options I have seen so far is:

Cinebags:

Or the F-Stop Tilopa

The F-Stop has several series of course one is 80L backpack, but I dont know how HUGE that is going to be in my back, it seems like a diving backpack gear.

I use the Lowepro Vertex 300AW. It works pretty well. It meets the FAA carry-on standards. I flew with a RED Dragon, 3 x Dynacore 155 batteries with charger, laptop, and a bunch of glass and accessories. I was shooting in Kenya, so I was heavily kitted out so it was painfully heavy. My back was really sore just from the airport. I'm not sure I would want to hike with it. I hand carried a Sachtler FSB8 with carbon fiber legs without a case to look unobtrusive. A questionable decision.

This was my third attempt. Some bags are too small and some are too large.

After scouring last year, I went with the Lowepro Pro Trekker 450 AW. I did a couple of lengthy hikes with this, and was easily able to carry everything needed to shoot with (brain, batteries, lenses, media) without killing my back, then load it up again for flying (adding laptop, extra batteries, etc) and it still fit in an overhead.

I own a Cinebags and traveled a lot with it, so no problem flying with it and I fit body, monitor, media and 3-4 vlocks,...
On my last job, I borrowed a lowerpro form the photographer because it could also fit the 3 Zeiss Otus lenses, batteries, monitor, media and body... I like it because I could manage to just carry it all in one bag, but it is too much weight, I did not have problems flying tho, (they did not check weight on the backpack...) but I'm not sure I'll do it again, I'll keep using another bag/case just for the lenses, when you try to fit everything in one bag it gets too heavy. Depends on the lenses you use I guess, and how long are you going to be moving around..
