What adapter do I need for this Cooke 25-250mm Lens Holder

I have one of these Cooke 25-250mm len's with the lens support that you see at the left of the photo.

I have 19mm rails but it appears that the diameter for this support is around 25mm, perhaps 25.4mm. Does anyone know of an adapter that can bring it down to 19mm or at least what they are called so I can do some searching?

What you need is an Arri LS-9 or similar lens support.

The small ring on your lens support is for a zoom or focus motor.
