Weird flicker on export Adobe premiere CC

We are getting this weird flicker on Premiere CC export and wanted to know what was causing this.

I did some research but not really getting a clear answer on what is causing this. We used filmconvert and 3 way wheel on premiere.

Help is mostly appreciated.

Sorry you're experiencing this issue. It's definitely on my radar. I have a few questions in order to try to understand your issue. Hope that's OK:

Are these effects applied to clips or an Adjustment Layer?
If an Adjustment Layer is used, what happens if you apply the same effects to the clips not the Adjustment Layer?
What happens if you remove color correction effects?

I have had a more blatant flicker effect on exporting in PP CC when using the Ultra Key plugin for green screen work on CinemaDNG clips. It happened once out of every 2 or 3 exports, so I just kept exporting until it didn't happen. Does yours happen every time?
