Weird Audio Problem.

Hi there,


I have an issue with audio recording on the Epic brain.
All choices from the audio channel menu suddenly disappeared.
The roll down menus are blank and when you click on them, "OK" button becomes visible but nothing else happens.
Phantom power reads "unsupported".
Tried different microphones, powered and non-powered - no levels of any kind.
The mic is connected via A-Box.
I installed the latest firmware - no change.
The audio channel menu is basically dead, though sliders in audio control menu still go up and down, nothing brings the audio levels up.
Filled out the support ticket but need the solution urgently.


Any solutions appreciated.

Forgot to mention that the audio problem started after I installed the side handle.

Depower the camera. Uninstall the Side Handle. Try again.

If still not working do a factory reset.

If still not working, try a firmware reinstall and blackshade.
