Looking around my self did not see any weight on the Mounts from red & all star, as well as Zeiss CP2 mounts.

So this is what I gathered with what mounts I have.

With all the 3 axis gimbal's out there and coming. The need for Lightest setup as possible.

Great list! Thank you for taking the time and publishing the results.

Anyway... you shouldn't have a problem with the strong gimbals. The ProLine / better TRUTH gimbal will carry 15lbs-20lbs. Just make sure that the lenses aren't to long, otherwise there might be some clearance issues, since you always have to balance it.

No problem all ways glad to help.

I see some of the stronger gimbals are heavy. But then if the proline one will work with some kind of stedicam arm to take off the wight.
For the ones that don't want to max out there rig that can only handle 10-12lbs, probably will try to find a way for every thing to be as light as possible.
Or they cant deal with the wight all day or the vest / arm gets in the way... and so on.

Working with the nikon mount I like that the most. And it helps when need to go back and forth with the D800.
