Website on ios - drop-down navigation and optimized formatting

I'm a web developer turned filmmaker and a very mobile user. The RED.com website is beautifully designed but could be improved not with a mobile version (the old way of accommodating mobile users) but with responsive web design. The drop-down navigation, when touched on an iPad or iPhone, link to whatever is beneath them (generally the rotating hero element). Though it is possible to get around most of the site through other means, for example, clicking products, choosing an item then clicking 'order now', a responsive design would allow efficient, optimized display of the content without having to maintain multiple sites (all content is the same, just reformatted efficiently).

I'm in the process of preparing to jump into a RED and all the crazy investment that goes along. As I research, I've pulled up the site about 100 times, many of those while mobile. I'm sure I'm not the only one - I'm guessing you have large mobile user base. I access the forums frequently and these could also be improved significantly with some smart CSS.
