Website Broken

What happened to this site? None of the ways I use it work any longer. My usual link -- that excludes all "For Sale" posts -- is broken. The New Posts and Recent Posts buttons are both broken and result in a lengthy search form. Are others struggling with this as well? If it's this much work to browse the latest I won't bother.

For me, I had to manually clear my browser cache to get it to work properly.
