Weapon Monstro- Dynamic range and Low light test covering an Event (Stills)

Took the Monstro on a Martial Arts Event Shoot. There were interiors and Exteriors. Really impressed with the sensor.

The pictures I post here were stylised and color graded in Luminar/Lightroom. Just check out the dynamic range and sensitivity of this sensor. Unbelievable. Red has nailed it.

Thanks man. Wow looking at where camera technology was just five years ago and what we are getting with this. I just printed a 175 Cm x 89cm Picture on canvas that I put on my home wall from an 8k 2:1 60fps capture I did. It looks gorgeous. I shot not even with the best settings for stills in terms of shutter speed and obviously compression due to the frame rates. Just WOW. DSMC truly realised. Congratulations everyone at RED. Those that don't jump on this camera seriously don't know what they are missing!

Very filmic. Mind you, the RED ONE was also lovely. This is obviously next-level stuff, though.

I don't love the noise pattern, but that is a nit-pick. Some images are overly processed, but this is nothing to do with the sensor. Is the CA due to the lens or what?

Yeah, overly processed is definitely my fault. When one wants quick output this normally happens to me. My eyes and brain need a second opinion most of the time. Chromatic aberrations due to lenses. The parade ones were shot with an aps-c first version Tokina 11-16 2.8 lens at 16mm due to weight and because I decided to do a Ronin S test that day. Interiors I believe some where shot with the Sigma 14 1.8 , canon 24 1.4, Sigma 105 1.4 (woah what a lens), the Canon 11-24 F4 L and the Sigma 120-300 F2.8. Also used the great Canon 24-70mm 2.8L II. That Canon Zoom lens is really great. I don't know if there is one Zeiss Otus or 2 Shots in there. What I can say is that In Motion this all looks really, really impressive. Would love to see these images in an 8K screen, but no such thing available over here yet!

Thanks, Sergio. I was wondering how easy it would be to remove the CA. It's easy if you have a lens + sensor profile, but I don't know how that would work otherwise.
