  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Working with my Weapon MG using the latest firmware. I lost use of the HDRX, the feature is greyed out. I reinstalled the firmware and it was available again. Filmed all day with it yesterday. Started today off and it is not available again.

Any thoughts? (Using 6K FF and only R3D files)
 
There are a couple of reasons why HDRx could be disabled, including:
- Sensor sync mode
- Frame processing (summing or averaging)
- Ramp mode
- Motion Mount in any mode other than ND only

When you reinstall the firmware you are also restting the factory defaults which will revert whatever setting you made that disabled HDRx in the first place.
 
Thanks Trent - that fixed the issue. I was in GENLOC for syncing with sound. It never occurred to me that there would be a connection between the two.
