Weapon Helium 8K 7.01 update failed

Any ideas? Tried dozen times update from 6.3.102. Powered by mains. IO module on only- everything off including the mount. Tried with and without monitor, mount. Force-upgrade folder put into the mini mag root directory.
Camera starts the leds blink green for 1-2 sec, then start blinking red for 5 sec. Camera shuts off. The force_upgrade folder disappears from the mini mag. Camera still on 6.3.102.
Sent the log to support@red.com but have not heard back.
Has anyone had similar difficulties? I sincerely hope it was me...:banghead:

Has anybody experienced this? Force_upgrade folder in the root directory of the mini mag disappears after the update attempt. Yet the camera still on the same release 6.3.102 I actually tried another camera with different mini mags and the same result. RED still has not replied to my inquiry at support@red.com with the log file submitted. I would really love to know any ideas... please

this may seem like an obvious one, but make sure the file you downloaded is for your camera (I did this once on accident had the experience you're having)

Weapon helium 8K firmware is different than EPIC-W 8K firmware.

I just downloaded the first one I saw and it was for the other camera body...

It looks like that was it- I had the wrong S?W
Also Red confirmed my ticket. All is good - thanks again!!!
