hello Justin.
We shot the movie in Sweden. Last September.
The crew was 7 people. Me (directing) Olle Lundin (Cinematographer), Philip Bernhard (First Camera Asistent), Kim Asklund (Gaffer), Lucas Åsbacka (Sound), Magdalena Eriksson (Makeup) and Johannes Andersson (D.I.T)
We rented a little cabin for 3 weeks and shot constantly. Mostly out in the beautiful Swedish nature.
I financed the movie myself but the crew are co-owners since they all worked for free.
We still have 4 more shoot days in June and then some audio recording.
I directed in a different way than what I'm use to to achieve the super real and natural atmosphere.
I think we managed to do something great. First previews gave really positive reactions so I'm really pleased.
The movie is entirely in English so I hope it reaches the States, Australia, UK, Canada... If I'm lucky.
I need to add that the editor is a key person in this movie, he really brought it to the next level. Really talented guy. His name is Roberth Nordh.
Let me know what else you want to know and I'll try my best to answer.

Here is a behind the scenes.

Enjoyed the behind the scenes footage just as much as I enjoyed the trailer ! Well done

Really beautifully cinematic trailer. I really enjoyed the behind the scenes as well, it has a rare intimate quiet quality that I imagine is reflected in the nature of the film itself.

Looks drop dead beautiful. Congrats. Love the long lens work, and overall very natural, organic feel to whole project. Congrats.

Awesome stuff Pablo! I love shooting at magic hour! My only criticism is the female leads dialogue. She doesn't seem comfortable with the words. Perhaps english isn't her first language? In any case, I wish you great success with the film!

Thank you guys. means a lot to hear you like it.
Bob. you are right. English is not her first language. But is not the characters first language either so it works well in the movie.
Once again. Thanks for the kind words... Keeps a crazy filmmaker going :-)

Incredible visuals.

How much of the movie did you use the Blackmagic camera with? I love the wheelbarrow and the gimbal operator :)

Thank you Jonathan. Yes. The wheelbarrow was fun. :)
I would say we had the Black magic as a second camera on 25% of the shoot. I'm not sure how much of that will end upp in the final edit. Maybe 10% or less.
In the trailer 19 of 42 shots are Black Magic, so almost 50% :) not bad for that little camera.
The problem with the BMCC was mainly getting the focus because we used EF lenses. Maybe with "PL" or other cinema lenses it would have worked.
The crop factor was the other downside but we used it in our advantage. We put telephoto lenses on that camera for the most part so we got some beautiful long lens shots with it.
